WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

Big or small, we want your business.  If you only buy 1 case or 100, we'll work with you from start to finish. The only requirement is that each item be purchased in the quantity indicated, for example..."12 PER CASE".  You may, of course, purchase more than one case of any item.  Also, you are not required to purchase more than one item and there is not, at this time, any minimum dollar amount required. (If you only want one case of "widgets", thats all you have to buy.)

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
-ONLINE: At the bottom of each product listed on our site you will see, "[ Add to List ]".  As you find merchandise you like just click on the "[ Add to List ]" link and the merchandise is added to a shopping cart program. When you are finished just hit the button, , located at the top right of every page. This will take you to a list of the merchandise you are interested in.  At the bottom of that page you'll see a checkout button. Click it then follow the instructions from there.
-If you prefer to place an order over the telephone, please call:  1-734-287-2000 and ask for the Wholesale Department. (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm)
-If you prefer to place an order by fax send it to:  1-734-287-9281

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
-We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
If you want to expedite the order, you may call us at 734-287-2000 during normal business hours after you place your order.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
-We only ship to US addresses at this time
(call us, no email, if your needing product shipped out of the U.S.
-Once an order is received we figure shipping. Shipping will vary by package weight, size, destination address (business or residential), and UPS zone charges. After shipping charges are figured out we contact the customer and give them the invoice total including shipping charges.
We use UPS for almost all orders.

WARRANTY / DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING
-All merchandise is First Quality, unless otherwise indicated.  All cases are inspected prior to shipping, and great care is given towards packaging.  Gibraltar Trade Center, Gibraltar Wholesale, is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping but will cooperate with the purchaser on any claims made against the carrier, should such damage occur.

DO YOU SHARE YOUR MAILING LIST?
-
Never!  We do not rent the list, sell it, loan it or copy it for anyone. Our mailing list is a "contact list" for many of our Internet customers.  This lists sole purpose is to give those on it the ability to see new merchandise before it's placed into the rest of the site, "first dibs" if you will.  If you are not on the mailing list and wish to join, click here

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
-No we do not.  Our business has a high turnover of product. If we were to print a catalog, by the time our customers received it much of the merchandise would be sold.  The best way to keep informed of new product is to add yourself to our Mailing List.  click here
